When making a purchase on our site the shipping selection boxes shown beside the price are available to accurately estimate the price for shipping your order.

US Shipping  - Select this only for the first item of the order if shipping to a United States address.

Non-US Shipping  - Select this only for the first item of the order if shipping outside the US.

Additional Item  - Select if this is the second or more item in your shopping cart and a least 1 item has been selected with one of the above shipping methods.
 

NOTE: The most expensive item should be the first item.
